With new guidance from CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid), Signature Healthcare of Bremen has initiated limited access to our facilities.
Limiting Access means that no individual, regardless of reason, will be allowed to enter a facility, except under certain and very specific circumstances, such as end-of-life situations or when essential for a resident’s emotional well-being and care.
Regular facility visiting hours have been temporarily suspended. Alternative means of communication with residents are readily available, including virtual means (phone, video-communication, etc.). Please contact the facility for further details.
Our residents’ safety and well-being are of the utmost importance. With that in mind, we ask that you not visit if you have not been well or have been in contact with people that have been sick.
As a temporary measure, we will be screening all employees, visitors, and vendors to limit the exposure of illness.
We please to be able to offer virtual visits through our telehealth portal if you would like to visit with your loved one but have recently been ill.
We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Kids aren’t the only ones who love snow days! Our phenomenal nursing staff is bringing the snow to them for a little indoor snow fun!
In honor of Activities Professionals Week, please meet Ashley Reynolds, Activities Assistant. Ashley is the newest addition to our activities staff, but has been a part of our facility since she was a child. Ashley is the mother of three beautiful daughters and one granddaughter. When asked what her favorite aspect of her job is, she said “There’s too much to pinpoint one specific thing! I love all of our residents and enjoy seeing them happy.” Thank you, Ashley, for all that you do and for being part of our team!
We received our new “pets” today. The stakeholders and residents of our Serenity Unit are in love with the puppy and kitty.
